The Crossing in Texas is a standout truck stop that delivers a noticeably higher level of cleanliness and comfort than most fuel stops. Both the pump area and interior are exceptionally well maintained, creating a pleasant experience from arrival to departure. Inside, you’ll find a well-stocked convenience store along with hot food options, making it an easy place to grab a proper meal on the road. The bathrooms are clean and clearly cared for, which is a major plus for travelers. One of its biggest advantages for RVers is the enormous parking lot, offering plenty of space to maneuver, park, or take a break without feeling cramped.

We have been here many times and it continues to be one of our most favorite places to stop, fuel up, get some food, and take a break from driving. It’s rarely crowded and we have never had to wait in line at the diesel lanes. (Can’t comment on the normal fueling islands. Never used them.) There is an enormous parking lot on the property with plenty of room for RVs of all sizes. We’ve rarely seen more than 6 or 8 rigs there at the same time, including truckers. They serve all sorts of hot foot inside and always have a well-stocked supply of snacks, drinks, and beer.
